As Co-Founder of The Picco Institute of Communication and Leadership Development and a Senior Manager in global construction, Lee leverages his extensive experience to guide organizations and individuals toward excellence. His leadership philosophy emphasizes curiosity and lifelong learning, guiding him through roles since 2011.
